Department: E-commerce Reports To: Head of E-commerce Role Overview We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead the development and scale-up of our quick commerce business across major platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who has experience launching accounts from zero, setting up processes, negotiating growth plans, and scaling revenue rapidly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Build Quick Commerce Business Launch and onboard the brand across all relevant quick commerce platforms. Lead end-to-end account setup: commercials, cataloging, listings, pricing, logistics, compliance, and visibility. Establish internal operating cadence and governance for q-commerce business. 2. Drive Revenue Growth & Scale Own revenue targets for quick commerce channel. Build annual/monthly sales growth plans with platform partners. Expand assortment, packs, and exclusive SKUs for each platform. 3. Strategic Account Management Build senior stakeholder relationships with platform category, growth, supply, and marketing teams. Negotiate better visibility, trade terms, placements, and campaign participation. Run joint business plans (JBPs) with key partners. 4. Demand Planning & Operations Ensure high fill rates and product availability across dark stores. Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for forecasting and replenishment. Solve issues related to stock-outs, returns, pricing mismatches, and service levels. 5. Market intelligence Track competitor pricing, assortment, and platform trends. 6. Cross-functional working Work closely with marketing, finance, category, supply chain teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in E-commerce/ Quick Commerce Proven experience launching and scaling business on Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy / BigBasket. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to work in high-growth environments.
